General appointment etiquette
When coming in for your appointment, please be on time.
Please make sure you are aware of the price of your service before showing up.
Melbourne Dreadlock is a cash-only business. The full payment of the service should be done at the end of your appointment.

All clients will be required to leave a non-refundable deposit when booking appointments (the deposit will come off your appointment total). The amount required will depend on the service you are having done. This deposit is to ensure that you show up for your scheduled appointment. If you need to reschedule, after the deposit has been made, you must do so 48 hours in advance in order to avoid losing your deposit.
We understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, less than 48-hours notice and “no shows” will result in a loss of your deposit.
